Spiritual Growth
Contemplative Prayer- Join us on the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm for a spiritual check-in. We’ll share a brief reading to deepen our connection with God, followed by 20 minutes of collective silent prayer, and conclude with the Lord’s Prayer.
The Connection- Join us on Wednesdays at 10:30am for a meaningful connection with each other, God, and ourselves. Gather in our cozy fireplace lounge for engaging discussions on scripture and faith, linking them to our daily lives and global issues. Everyone is welcome to share or listen- no wrong answers, no dumb questions.
Men’s Breakfast- You are welcome on the second Saturday of each month (September through May) at 9am for breakfast and meaningful conversation. Deepen your relationships with each other and God in a welcoming environment.
Garden Gathering- Gather with this small group (indoors or outdoors) to delve into topics like Luther’s Small Catechism, ELCA social statements, Bible prophets, the origins of our Liturgy, or varying theologies. It’s sure to make you think!
Adult Forum- Relax with friends and a cup of coffee after Sunday worship for our Adult Forum discussion. We explore current social issues and global events, sharing factual information, asking questions, and reflecting on how our faith informs our views and our actions. Topics have included: creation care, Israel-Palestine relations, anti-racism work, reproductive rights, immigration, LGBTQ 101, advocacy, and more.

Godly Play is the Montessori based Sunday School model that we offer our children after the worship service on Sundays. It is a sharing of Biblical stories and church history revolving around the opening statement, “I wonder….” It allows the children to listen and explore the stories, connecting them to their own understanding of the world and their faith. Our children are born with an innate spiritual depth. Godly Play encourages them to tap into their spiritual depth and encounter God in all that they do.
